We love to start these conversations by sort of setting the table and getting a sense for who we’re talking to. Colin, it’s a real pleasure to have you on PreserveCast today. As we approach Halloween, we wanted to talk with Colin about the history of haunted places and some of the things that he’s uncovered. Colin has been referred to by one reviewer as “a mad genius.” And he’s going to talk to us today in particular about his book, Ghostland: An American History in Haunted Places. He’s currently writing a book on conspiracy theories and other delusions entitled The Unidentified, which is forthcoming in 2019.
